Ok this time around I nak update psal Service Challenge prog yg dianjurkan oleh my company...namanya biarlah menjadi rahsia...hehe...
Program ni diadakan pada bulan October 2011 yg lepas..exact date dah lupe..bleh lak kan camtu i nih..kitorg anjurkan program nih kat JW Marriott KL..ni first time I join this program al maklumle budak baru kan...actually prog nih every year my company akan organize untuk client yg penah engaged ngn customer service programmes
For the 1st day, hanya conference yg diadakan..paling best 2nd Day sbb ada Service Challenge Awards..lebih kurang 12 - 13 organisation participate untuk acara nih..Diorang kena demonstrate service practise yg penah diorang belajar masa dlm kelas...ada le ciri2 yg akan diambil kira contohnyer..body language..scenario, communication skills dan lain2....
