Harini berubah angin sebab menu breakfast sangatlah simple..Roti bakar bersama limau suam! Can you guys believe it...me yang selalu begitu berselera bila breakfast has control my food intake!
Bila time lunch terus terpikir ohhh wat will be my menu for today huh!.. Skali terus Chicken Terriyaki Subway yang bermain di fikiran..ape lagi terus lahhhhh order kan!
Well, dah lama sepatutnya I control my food portion tapi disebabkan rasa sentiasa berselera I buat tak kisah aje...I belasah aje ape yang I rasa nak makan...
But now, I tetiba rasa concious coz I nak gi travel so I need to keep fit all the time..dah le kat negara orang, makanan pon tak tahu la mcm mana kan..kang hari2 kena hentam rotiiii mau lemau jadinya...
So I'm totally concious and want to take good care of my health! not to say I tak makan nasi, I will eat rice for sure! but in a small portion...
Hello, nak diet jangan lah drastik kan! Keep it slow and easy...Takut dari nak reduce weight takut kena dehydrated plak! ohhh mintak dijauhkannnnn...
Ok so guys, give me around 3 months to slowly manage my diet properly as at the moment I really need to force myself to control!..
