Exercise 1 : Flatter Stomach

Salam,

Huh...baru je habis buat zumba dance! Oh I tell you mmg sweating hbis...Pastu try explore Exercise untuk flat stomach or tummy! Letih I tell ya....dah lama tak buat mmg sakit habis satu badan...terasa sengal2 di bahagian abdomen and paha...

Ok, this is one of my aim..wanna have my ideal weight by October 2014! First stage, for 3 month I nak reduce 4kg first. so for my first trip for my holiday I dah keep fit..then lagi 5 months onward I aim for 55kg! 

For me, nak slim bukan sbb nak cantik tapi sbb kesihatan...
yeah, for sure will start bit by bit at one step at a time...

Before go to work at least need to do once!
